Summary0027987: Auto set status for the source bug to CONFIRMED
Description

Whenever, a relationship added to a source bug, it's status should be at least change to CONFIRMED(or whatever set at conf). Is there is such feature to do so?

Scenario
Bug 1 current status is assigned and handler 1 s working on it
Bug 2 came in and handler 2 set the relationship to RELATED To or CHILD OF. Bug 2's status should at least be set to CONFIRMED.
