Summary | 0005620: [all lang] FEEDBACK email message can be misleading
Description | When an issue's status is set to FEEDBACK an email can be generated which (in English at least) begins like this: "The following issue requires your FEEDBACK." But this is not necessarily true. It could just as easily be that I am merely monitoring the bug, and that feedback is required of somebody else. One solution would be to change the text to "The following issue requires FEEDBACK." or "The following issue is waiting for FEEDBACK." and leave it at that. A more-detailed solution might be to have two separate messages that get printed: the current "The following issue requires your FEEDBACK." when it is in fact your feedback that is being waited on, and a different message for when feedback is required of another person. The issue also exists in the German version: "Das folgende Problem benötigt Ihre Rückmeldung." (Emphasis added.) Somebody with greater linguistic skills will have to check whether other localizations are also affected, but I presume most are.
