multiple LDAP config?

any experts can tell me that how to config multiple LDAP authentication?

so you want to be able to try to authenticate on multiple LDAP servers (if first one fails, try the next) or on a specific one, depending on userid or something else?
Both are not standard available so a plugin would be required AFAIK.
