Windows, Mantis v2.25.2
Is there a way to delete or hide entries in the Timeline panel when in the top My View button option?
We had a feedback loop where email addresses were bouncing, and since it replies back to the originating email address it caused dozens of fake tickets to get created. I bulk deleted those in the UI but don't know how to remove the timeline entries so they don't appear, thus causing us to miss real ticket activity.
Thanks!

Re: How to delete entries in Timeline panel?
Think it is coming out of the history table
Re: How to delete entries in Timeline panel?
I figured that but of course without a real query that joins the proper tables I'd end up screwing the keys up and my luck would be to restore database from backup. Need to avoid that mess lol.
Re: How to delete entries in Timeline panel?
now if you delete a bug, also the history is deleted. Which is a bit strange because in the beginning an entry is added about deleting a bug
So what exactly does show up in your timeline?

Re: How to delete entries in Timeline panel?
It was caused by the account not existing in our Active Directory because the employee left and I didn't delete the Mantis account tied to it. Thus the emails for that account kept bouncing and new "postmaster_onmicrosoft_" accounts kept getting created in Mantis, and resending the notices which contained the deleted account, which generated new emails and created new accounts, etc, etc, etc.
I haven't figured out a good solution to prevent this. I have to be alerted when the account is removed from AD since then the email mailbox is removed and cannot accept incoming mail.
A solution that Mantis *could* employ is to validate every email address it will be sending mail to prior to delivery. Yes, this would take extra time, but it would prevent a lot of lost time cleaning up these messes. Perhaps make it an option feature so admins can enable it or not.

I am waiting for your reply and till then I am gonna visit https://casinosanalyzer.ca/online-casin ... dollar-cad here to find CAD Casinos sites with reviews. I like to play online real money games but I prefer to read reviews before playing games.

No, after a few hours the timeline scrolled past it and "out of sight, out of mind" took over...
