Please post the mantis version you are using when asking for help.
For very old versions, older than 0.19.0, help may be sketchy. Upgrading to a newer version will probably help resolve the issue.
If possible, information for the server (version of php, web server, etc.) and client (browser) will also speed a response.

Where can I check version of Mantis when it does not show anyhing anymore. Is it mentioned in some php perhaps?
